Grinsell & Johns Pty Ltd, Consulting Surveyors was founded in 1954, and has been an established Subdivision & Strata Certifiers Firm for over 23 years. We pride ourselves on giving sound advice to Surveyors, Applicants and the Development Industry. We strive to keep abreast of Legislative Changes and Innovative Technology Advances to keep our systems up-to-date and efficient in this everchanging environment.
To March 2020 there have been over 3,700 Strata Plans certified producing over 75,000 strata lots. Some of our continuing applicants are Australand, Crown International, Dyldam, Holdmark, Payce Properties, Sekesui House, to name a few.
Only subdivisions that have been determined by the NSW Government as Major Projects can be certified by an accredited certifier. Up to March 2020 there have been over fifty (50) Subdivision Plans certified. This includes Stratum Subdivision Plans, plus Subdivision Plans.
Up to March 2020 there have been over 1,500 Complying Development Certificates for Strata Subdivision issued. These projects range from three (3) lots up to two hundred and six (206) lots.
